The Cuban Kid in Concert starring Lucio Fernandez has been presented at various venues since its first production in the Spring of 2007, including The Duplex Cabaret Theatre, The NoHu Cultural Center, The Monroe Center for the Arts, and the legendary cabaret Don’t Tell Mama in the heart of New York City.

The show has been a smash hit playing to sold out audiences.  It has received rave reviews as well as several awards including the ITRA Award and a 2008 MAC Award Nomination.

Previously the show was composed of Lucio accompanied by a five-piece band.  However due to the show’s success, it is being expanded to seven musicians and a dance ensemble is being added.

The Cuban Kid in concert is full of humor, great songs, and energetic dancing.

If you want to enjoy Broadway tunes, some American standards, a few Latin originals, and many surprises, check out the show.

The show is in English with a hip Latin swagger.
